Returns and Exchanges Policy

At BLA Concept, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to request an exchange or return, please review the conditions outlined below to ensure a smooth process.

Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Exchanges can be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving your product.
  • Product Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchange Options:
  • Another size of the same product.
  • A different product available within the same brand.
  • Brand-Specific Rules:
  • BLA products can only be exchanged for other BLA products.
  • Curated brand products can only be exchanged for items within the same brand.
  • Credit Option: Exchanges can also be made for a store credit coupon to use in our online shop.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping fees related to exchanges, except when the product is defective.

Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with Argentina's Consumer Protection Law, customers who purchase online have the right to revoke their purchase within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • Conditions for Returns:
  • Product must be unused.
  • Must retain original tags.
  • Must be in the same condition as received.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and verify the product's condition, we will process a refund using the original payment method.

Sale Items

  • Products purchased in the SALE section can only be exchanged for other products within the same brand or for a store credit coupon.
  • No cash refunds are available for sale items.

Defective Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • BLA Concept will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Product to be exchanged or returned
